Reflecting His Beauty

LET’S PRAY

"Every day Jesus went to the Temple to teach, and each evening He returned to spend the night on the Mount of Olives.  Luke 21:37.

The times we are living in are indeed challenging, but, we already have the victory in Yahusha ' name. It’s powerful to know that Yahuah God is raising up an army, a bride, that will declare His glory and righteousness in ways we’ve never seen before. The attacks on the missionaries and ministers of God only show how fierce the enemy is trying to stop the movement, but it is also a testament to the significance of what God is doing through them.

Intercession is so vital in this hour. The power of prayer cannot be overstated, especially when lifting up those on the frontlines of the kingdom work. I truly believe God honors those who intercede for others, especially for His servants.

What specific prayer points would you like to start with? If you’d like, we can share some prayer points right now or organize them for the church to engage with. It’s crucial for the body of Christ to stand united in prayer.

It is recorded in 2013, that over thirty Christians Pastors ( male or female)  have committed suicide . 2016 records that 1500 pastors walk away from their ministries every month due to moral failures, spiritual burnout, contention in churches etc.  Under the mentorship of Audrey L. Dowling through her book Prayer Points for Pastors, i have come to see various ways we can intercede for Pastors/ Missionaries and Leaders in Ministry. i can identify with this prayer needs.

Audery  said and i quote " When Pastors make mistakes, are challenged, burdened, worried, or in trouble, where do they go? Where can they go? The simple answer is to their mentors. The problem is that many do not have mentors, and the ones that do may find it hard to be opened and transparent about what is going on with them. Is there a safe place for pastors to fall in the Christian world or in this entire world? Most of us know the answer to that is very complicated, but we can conclude that some may not find that safe falling place. If there aren't many safe places for them to fall, how do they make it? What can be done to help them? At least Prayer AND Intercession  can be done to help them.

Jesus at the garden of Gethsemane, said to his disciples " STAY HERE AND WATCH WITH ME" Matt 26:38. Jesus asked for the prayers of His disciples. Audery, in her book "Prayer Points for Pastors", did not only stress the fact that Pastors need prayer but she also encourages that we build a culture of prayer and intercession for our Christian Leaders. She said, that means that we all take the responsibility of emphasizing that Pastors, Missionaries and Leaders in Christian ministry need regular, focused and specific prayer.

We, by the help of the Holy Spirit will be taken us on a journey this year, of interceding for Pastors, Missionaries/ Leaders in Ministry. Let us all light our candles of intercession. For those whose candles were once lit but turned off, please do light it once again.

Thank you and God bless you all!

INTERCESSORY PRAYER FOR MISSIONARIES AND MINISTERS

THAT I SHALL KNOW YOU

WEEK 1, SEPTEMBER 2026.

ISAIAH 43:18-19 "Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. 19. Behold, I will do a new thing. Now shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." (NKJV).

It is characteristic of God to bring light into darkness and to bring about positive transformations where disorder, failings, and hopelessness had prevailed. Primordial darkness gave way to His irresistible light and so shall we testify to His relieving intervention in this season of our lives. Light brings clarity to what seemed hazy and confusing. It enables us to gain better perspectives on purpose that we may learn to run its course with wiser and more victorious discretion.

Consider the revealed commitment of our good God. The prophet Isaiah aptly captures this in the undying truth of his comforting words, uttered thousands of years ago. "Behold, I will do a new thing. Now it shall spring forth. Shall you not know it? In other words, are we willing to welcome God's fresh and better prospects for our lives in this season? The signs would be in our eager anticipations for the manifold blessings of that unfailing promise.

To that end, let us be intentional this week about resisting negative old cycles and patterns that we have become accustomed to. Like the four biblical lepers in Samaria, we can stir up our faith to boldly walk against all seeming current odds, into God's prepared victories for all those who are ready to stake their all in anticipation of His enabling grace and faithfulness.

Psalm 34:8 says "Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good. Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!". Brethren, welcome to a new season of new things to the praise and glory of God. Hallelujah!
