STRENGTH

Oh the promise Helper! How we cry out to You, Oh how we need You! Oh how much Missionaries/Ministers need the Helper- The Holy Spirit of the living God. 
The Person and Presence of the Holy Spirit of the Almighty dwelling and leading us, releasing  strength/power in us. Without the Holy Spirit of Jesus we can do nothing, but through Him we can do all things. 
We can do nothing without the Holy Spirit of God means, WE CAN DO NOTHING! 

God has entrusted unto us assignments that He alone can give us the strength, wisdom and power to fulfill in and through us. The more we try to depend on our strength the more God makes our inadequacies and weakness obvious- Romans 7 &8 .When we depend on God for His strength, then like David we can face the Goliath, like Esther we are willing to lay down our lives for the salvation of those God entrusts in our care, like Jeremiah we can declare the word of God boldly in the face of persecution and evil, Like Abraham we are able to believe God for the impossible, like Paul we can be transformed from the inside out, Like Ruth we can seek greater intimacy with the Living God.........

The Almighty God says through Jeremiah " Behold, I AM the LORD, the God of mankind is anything too hard for Me?Jeremiah 32;27 This is the God you and i serve. This is the God inviting us to come abide in Him and in abiding we receive His strength, wisdom and power to be and do all He has commanded us and hence we bear fruits to His glory.

We are no match for the enemy and his strategies, on our own strength. The Greater One is not us but the Greater One is the Holy Spirit of God finding expression in and through us. Only By Him- Jesus Christ we can confidently face the enemy and be victorious.

More than ever Missionaries/Ministers need the strength/power/wisdom of the Lord Jesus Christ.
